Mosfet replacement in an inverter

Hi guys.

No sure if any of you know the 15j321 transistor. I need a replacement for it.

Any suggestions?

    AFAIK, it's an IGBT.  I'd just go on ebay and buy an exact replacement.

    Be sure to check the transistor driver circuits, they are often blown when the FET fries.  And often the bias has to be balanced.

    high probability of a counterfeit esp from china.
    stick with digikey,mouser,ect.
    while only 1 is shorted often others are wounded.
    and the driver is often damaged as mentioned.

    Digikey and Mouser are usually a good idea.  In this case, they don't have an exact match.
