If you feel the base is secure and the panels can be joined safely AND the additional hight won't leverage the lower panel off, its ok with me.  ( What state do you drive in ? )

    Hello Mike, Im new and dont know who I ask qustions to or how, lol. so Im gonna bug you if ok lol, do you know is it alright to mount a solar panel right on top of the old one, they r on top of my trailer and Im afraid if they r adhered and it will destroy top of my trailer, they lay flat, any suggestion would be appreciated
