Would like to know
1 can you wire up 2 x5000w pure sine wave in verter together and what would i need to do this
2we have a 2.5 kva battery bank if i wire up each inveter seperate to batteries then wire each
inverter to my 240v fuse box do i increase my load capacity or what.
thank you for yr time who ever is able to reply to this question

Wiring the outputs together can be done with the correct type of inverter, however MOST DO NOT ALLOW THIS, if you have the inverters, post the specs, or a link to them, the question cannot be answered without this information.1500W, 6× Schutten 250W Poly panels , Schneider MPPT 60 150 CC, Schneider SW 2524 inverter, 400Ah LFP 24V nominal battery with Battery Bodyguard BMS

As well as the inverter info, do you have 240v loads?Off-grid.
Main daytime system ~4kw panels into 2xMNClassic150 370ah 48v bank 2xOutback 3548 inverter 120v + 240v autotransformer

Check with the manufacturer of the inverters, they will have all the needed information to help you.

To wire 2 inverters together, the ones that allow it, have a Sync Cable you connect first. Very few inverters support doing this though.

The 2 inverters have 4 posts on them they are call a power jack pure sine wave power inverter 5000w to 20,000w
-
All power come from our solar panals to controller to the inverter to 24v battery bank and is wired to a 240v fuse box we run totally of soalr power no mains power
-
Unfortunately parallel connection with those inverters, is not an option, keep the outputs separate.1500W, 6× Schutten 250W Poly panels , Schneider MPPT 60 150 CC, Schneider SW 2524 inverter, 400Ah LFP 24V nominal battery with Battery Bodyguard BMS

Ok so can they be put on the same barrtry bank or do i need and second battery bank

Yes the whole house is on 240v via the inverter

Are you outside of North America and using a single phase 230v 50hz inverter? I believe people are thinking you mean 240v split-phase as we use in the US.Current system: 8-100w Renogy panels mono/poly, 2 strings of 4 panels in series - 24v 100Ah AGM Battleborn LiFePO4 batteries - Morningstar MPPT40 CC - 1500W Samlex PSW inverter

We have 16 x250w x30.amps 8.9v solar panals single phase inverter specs are up the page 2 photos

We are using 22 deep cycle batteries at 105aph each wired up as 24v straight line

Assuming 11 strings of 2×12V, that many strings would be difficult to load/charge ballance.1500W, 6× Schutten 250W Poly panels , Schneider MPPT 60 150 CC, Schneider SW 2524 inverter, 400Ah LFP 24V nominal battery with Battery Bodyguard BMS

Yes 11 in straight line x2 with 12v batteries we have had this systerm set up for a year now and never lost power even with a week of rain not much sun we still have 14 to 15 v power in batteries
-
If it has worked flawlessly for a year, why do you want to change it at this late date?
-
We dont want to change our systerm all we ashed was if we could put 2 inverters together to gain more power and as we ha e been told it is not possible
-
I think the safest is to split your loads at the DB to allow each inverter to run separate circuits. Its not ideal but that works when you can't parallel inverters to supply combined loads.

Inverters don't make power and more inverters won't make more power. They only change the voltage of the power your bank is storing which is made by the PV array. To get more power add more panels and a bigger battery bank. -
Yes this makes more sense now thank you all for your time in helping with my questions

The original query was not to increase the overall power but to increase capacity potential of the load, perhaps there is an intermittent large load which exceeds the single inverters ability to support, hense the question can the outputs of the inverters be connected in parallel, that was fundementaly answered, changing the subject is irrelevant.1500W, 6× Schutten 250W Poly panels , Schneider MPPT 60 150 CC, Schneider SW 2524 inverter, 400Ah LFP 24V nominal battery with Battery Bodyguard BMS

It looked like she said 'put 2 inverters together to gain more power', I must have missed something. lol
Putting 2 inverters will simply drain power faster, not make more of it.

Do you have a clear idea of your biggest loads (ie the appliances and their power requirements)? This will help as it may be better to run these on separate inverters assuming the battery bank can handle the loads.- Main: Infinisolar 3+ (3kv) 48V Grid-Tied PV=3410w NE facing (8x 330W JASolar, 3x 310W Yingli), + Victron MPPT 150/60 @1240w SW facing (2x 310W Renesola, 2x 330W JASolar), Pylontech US3000, Victron BMV 700, 6 string combiner box with PV isolator switch, subDB for inverter supplied power.

You can also use a generator to supplement the solar portion when demand exceeds supply.
Use the generator for dedicated loads like the cooling only, don't try to run an ac output to a dc input on an inverter obviously. -
Your inverters CANNOT be safely wired into one standard electrical panel. You would have to split the panel internally or use 2 panels
Any loads needing generator would have to be connected directly to the generator. Connecting the generator to either inverter, will end badly (for the inverter)
