Inverter not starting

Hi folks,

Required technical advise.

we installed the 10 MW Solar Power Plant in Morocco. inverter is not starting at morning time when even radiation required level?. please advise to troubleshoot this issue. for more claification find below information.

1. site has high relative humidity its around 93%
2. PV panels are cleaned
3. plant is tracker type. tracker starting at 8:30
4. inverter make is ingeteam and starting at 10:30 when radiation is more than 200 w/m2

I'd advise you to call the installer / dealer / vendor / Mfg.
How old is the gear?  do logs show any degradation in the days/weeks before the failure ?

    Hai Mike,

its newly commissioned plant. we are facing this issue in commissioning. showing isolation fault. whether high moisture will affect the circuit?

Hi humidity should not a affect  an installation , except posibly, after some time  . Water ingress will of course be  a problem .
    Are  you the installer ?
Posting a list of the equipment you have installed will help get reply that may be of some use .

It seems to me that at 93% humidity it wouldn't take much of a temp change for condensation to form and bad stuff to happen.
    Off-grid.
    Main daytime system ~4kw panels into 2xMNClassic150 370ah 48v bank 2xOutback 3548 inverter 120v + 240v autotransformer
    Night system ~1kw panels into 1xMNClassic150 700ah 12v bank morningstar 300w inverter

I'm guessing the installation is coastal with that sort of humidity, basically a saltwater fog. In lower overnight temps, the fog condenses on wiring and components. In higher daytime temps, the water evaporates off, leaving a salty crust behind. The next night brings more salt fog, and more salty deposits. Eventually, you get enough condensation and enough salt to make a good short circuit.

I'm partially agree with your point. if it is positive, what will be solution. please guide.

An Isolation fault would likely have to do with the transformer that provides galvanic isolation from the grid.
Do you feed into a transformer before the grid?
Humidity rating of the unit is 95% non condensing

Below is an excerpt from the manual.

These units are equipped with the necessary filtering elements to comply with EMC requirements for industrial
applications in order to prevent disturbances in other equipment outside the installation.
All of these units are connected to the grid through a low to medium voltage transformer. This transformer gives
the unit galvanic isolation that affects its good performance in terms of noise emission (see Section “7.6.1. Grid
    connection transformer”). This is why:
Any auxiliary element must be connected to the low voltage network powering the units via a galvanic
isolation transformer (see Section “7.6.2. Auxiliary transformer”)
