When is my battery bank supposed to charge?

I have a Schneider Electric Conext SW 4048 AC coupled system with lead acid batteries. I see the battery bank is down to 84% and I am wondering why they are not recharging during the day? I have the charge block set so it does not charge during the evening, but should charge during the day (solar). What am I missing? Thx.

    I don't know.  Are you using a 24 hour system or 12hr AM/PM ? (set up in the combox & timezone)
    Why not recharge batteries from cheap nighttime power ?
    Talk to the installer ?

    12hr AM/PM.

    We don't have cheap nighttime power. All one high price. Wanting to recharge from AC solar power during daylight.

    What are your Chg block start and stop time settings? Keep in mind that the start time will disable charging until the stop setting time is reached. Also the charger is automatically blocked while load shaving.
