Surrette S-530 Electrolyte Volume

Does anyone know the total volume of electrolyte in an S530?
I was asked to do maintenance on a system and the batteries appeared to be about as empty as can be, but I'd like to quantify for the customer just how completely empty they were.

Sorry I don't know their volume.
Boiled out. Customer had the sell voltage set to 56.4 and no temperature sensor and no water added in over a year.
And this is in Texas where batteries can and do get over 100F on a regular basis. You can do that math. -

Thanks -- I didn't know if "dry" was with or without however much paste and how that changed the weight of whatever made them "wet".
The batteries needed 1.75 gallons to get back to "full". I filled them under the theory that "batteries that are full and maybe work are better than batteries that are mostly empty and definitely don't work."
The customer will have to decide how quickly to replace them ... -

WOW! What a waste of what had been good batteries! So sad. -

I came up with numbers somewhere around there, so I was already on my way to the bank with something like that -

Yup. Date code was 10/08. Still in the prime of their life ...
