MPPT60 FAULT code F71

I am new here  hello all 

I've been  getting  Fault code F71 on my solar controler at night or when gen is charging my battery bank   the code only last a few secs . Cabling is correct size Batts all test great on the specific gravity   anyone run into this issue and a Fix ?

    several companies make a MPPT60..   What is yours ?   What does your manual say F71 is ??
