I have an other concerned costumer who have noticed that some of hes solar panels have moisture on them thats stays longer then on other panels. It seams like when the sun hits the panels on the array the other panels dry up while these 9 specific panels doesent. I have been like this the during the autum of 2019.
This is a solaredge projekt so we can see the diffrance in prodution between the panels. Sadly we have and have had so low irraation so its difficult to draw any conclutions. But you can see that atleast two of these 9 panels are underpreforming, the ones connected to optimizer 1,1,7 and that one of the two panels connected to a optimizer that doesent seam to connect at all is one of these 9 panels that dont dry like the rest.
I have never seen this phenomenon before where some panels seams to dry faster then others...
Do you guys have any ide what it might be?

PV cells and interconnects need to be sealed from moisture intrusion.. If moisture is under the glass it is just a matter of time before they are toast. Electrolysis will take over.
If there is backside plastic sealing check it for nicks (your problem) or burn holes from cell defect hot spots (warranty covered).
Edge seal is hard to evaluate.
