Im thinking I need to get 4 new AGM Batteries, 12 volt/ 200 amh, so I end up with bout 400 amh total wired for 24 volt inverter?
And 1 more Panasonic HIT 330 watt panel for total of 990 watts solar array? -
Check golf cart batteries 8×6V series parallel ~450 Ah total, they are more common hense cheaper, personally I prefer flooded, more forgiving and easier to learn how batteries work because of access to electrolyte. What sort of loads do you have this is the most important piece of the puzzle, where normally one should start when designing a system. Depending on loads and frequency of use, full time off grid for example may require slightly more PV, but without accurate load figures just speculation. Morningstar CC, PWM or MPPT?1500W, 6× Schutten 250W Poly panels , Schneider MPPT 60 150 CC, Schneider SW 2524 inverter, 400Ah LFP 24V nominal battery with Battery Bodyguard BMS
Second system 1890W 3 × 300W No name brand poly, 3×330 Sunsolar Poly panels, Morningstar TS 60 PWM controller, no name 2000W inverter 400Ah LFP 24V nominal battery with Daly BMS, used for water pumping and day time air conditioning.
5Kw Yanmar clone single cylinder air cooled diesel generator for rare emergency charging and welding. -

You can use 3 of these in a parallel configuration because they are high enough voltage for good MPPT effect into your 24 volt system. You just cant series wire them because the voltage would be too high for your controller.
2.1 Kw Suntech 175 mono, Classic 200, Trace SW 4024 ( 15 years old but brand new out of sealed factory box Jan. 2015), Bogart Tri-metric, 460 Ah. 24 volt LiFePo4 battery bank. Plenty of Baja Sea of Cortez sunshine.

Hey, " mcgivor" ....I have Morningstar MPPT 60 Amp CC, Been thinking that I should go 6 volt like you said...but extra weight and need gas isolation boxes.
Ive heard they have semi-auto water moniters for them too. Definitly food 4 thought. Thanx Bud!
