Im thinking I need to get 4 new AGM Batteries, 12 volt/ 200 amh, so I end up with bout 400 amh total wired for 24 volt inverter?
And 1 more Panasonic HIT 330 watt panel for total of 990 watts solar array?

Check golf cart batteries 8×6V series parallel ~450 Ah total, they are more common hense cheaper, personally I prefer flooded, more forgiving and easier to learn how batteries work because of access to electrolyte. What sort of loads do you have this is the most important piece of the puzzle, where normally one should start when designing a system. Depending on loads and frequency of use, full time off grid for example may require slightly more PV, but without accurate load figures just speculation. Morningstar CC, PWM or MPPT?

The proposed battery configuration is correct, however this solar panel can only be added to your system in pairs with the  Morningstar MPPT 60 due to their high voltage. In fact, 4 panels, 2 in series by 2 in parallel would produce roughly 37 amps, or about a 10% charge rate on a 400 amp hour battery bank. Could produce a bit more in cold weather or with cloud edge effect.

I'm sorry, I was thinking that they would be configured in series. In parallel it should be fine. At 990 watts, with panel losses, they should produce about 28 amps or a 7% charge rate. A little low, however usually ok for RV or part time off grid installations. Depends on loads and how deeply the batteries will be discharged.

You can use 3 of these in a parallel configuration because they are high enough voltage for good MPPT effect into your 24 volt system. You just cant series wire them because the voltage would be too high for your controller.

The 5000 BTU air conditioner is a really heavy load. It will draw about 25 amps at 24 volts. If the panels are charging at 28 amps at the best 4 hours of the day, there will not be sufficient power to charge the battery from the prior night's use. A/C at 50% cycling is about 3 kWhs per day. Three panels would produce 3.3 kWhs per day. Considering all other loads and system loses, even with 4 panels, in my opinion there would not be enough power to run it reliably 24 hours a day under the best of conditions.

Hey, " mcgivor" ....I have Morningstar MPPT 60 Amp CC, Been thinking that I should go 6 volt like you said...but extra weight and need gas isolation boxes.
Ive heard they have semi-auto water moniters for them too. Definitly food 4 thought. Thanx Bud!
