Powering a 5W USB powered computer?

I'm looking for a 12V to 5V converter that will keep going through a complete charging cycle. Suggestions? Ditto for a low power inverter, under 100W?

You may need to buy a DC-DC converter with a wide input range, and a nice clean 5VDC output. For less than 10W load, it should not be too expensive.

The other device is a 120V gizmo, that draws about 50W and if understand it correctly has a max draw of about 100W or so. So I'm looking for a low power inverter that I can toggle on/off or something with a low standby current. -

That could be a morningstar Suresine 300 inverter. has a nifty on/off control, and very low standby/idle/inverting lossesPowerfab top of pole PV mount | Listeroid 6/1 w/st5 gen head | XW6048 inverter/chgr | Iota 48V/15A charger | Morningstar 60A MPPT | 48V, 800A NiFe Battery (in series)| 15, Evergreen 205w "12V" PV array on pole | Midnight ePanel | Grundfos 10 SO5-9 with 3 wire Franklin Electric motor (1/2hp 240V 1ph ) on a timer for 3 hr noontime run - Runs off PV ||
