Yet battery voltage is only 56.3. Default settings:
                Bulk: 59.2V
Float: 58.4V
Absorb: 55.2V
I have the manual. It is maybe OK. Dancing with electronic keys is not my forte at all. I can’t even get the temperature off of the C/Celcius setting.
4.2 star rating. I have found ratings below 4.4 to indicate incoming issues. Which can usually be overcome with a time and anxiety price being extracted.
* Should I Just wait until tomorrow morning and see if it likes charging batteries sitting at ~ 48.4 volts?  This string is not required but I got it done for less than $250. So why not. Bad weather happens.
*Or drive myself nuts pushing, so far, uncooperative electronic keys? Maybe fix it? Maybe it is already ok?

118 volts from three panels. Voltage taken right off of the panels. 145/150V charge controller.A lot could have gone wrong. I’ll troubleshoot further tomorrow. Or so.Dancing with electronic keys gives me the creeps. I’ve had some bad experiences. I am not real good at it.First Bank:16 180 watt Grape Solar with FM80 controller and 3648 Inverter....Fullriver 8D AGM solar batteries. I had a situation with a Midnight solar controller one time where the internal clock was wrong and it was doing something similar to what you're saying is happening. Check to see if there's a clock in that controller

So I managed to blow up the panel diodes again. Doing the same thing as the last successful string - I think. Usually I don’t blow up diodes. Usually. There is something important that I forgot to do?Replacing the diodes underneath the panels will be pretty uncomfortable. May remove them for easier access.First Bank:16 180 watt Grape Solar with FM80 controller and 3648 Inverter....Fullriver 8D AGM solar batteries. Didn’t blow up the diodes after all. Harbor Freight voltmeter quit working properly - lead then fell off.Back to remounting and troubleshooting.
