    Not sure about CO, but some states track mortality of certain types of eagles, and the cause of death. Give the CPW a call to see if they are interested.  https://cpw.state.co.us/

    If actually electrocuted, there should have been some severe charring from the plasma / arc .

    Was electrocuted I think. Turns out that power pole trifurcates to feel separate farming wells. A lot of big wiring in an area where I had never seen an eagle. Returned it and coyotes hauled it off.
