This guy knows his stuff, he has been designing and building Wind Turbines the last 40 years.

He does several size's and length of blades.

He even shows you how to carve blades to the ideal shape and form.

    Hugh Piggott ..... at    http://scoraigwind.co.uk/all-of-the-books-by-hugh-how-to-get-them/

Everything is possible, just give me Time.

3off Hugh P's 3.7m dia wind turbines, (12 years running).  ... 5kW PV on 3 Trackers, (8 years) .... 14kW PV AC coupled using Used/second hand GTI's, on my OzInverter created Grid, and back charging with the AC Coupling and OzInverter to my 48v 1300ah batteries.

My humble understanding is that fewer blades offer superior efficiency of some type. I'm sure that subject gets complicated of course.

First Bank:16 180 watt Grape Solar with  FM80 controller and 3648 Inverter....Fullriver 8D AGM solar batteries. Second Bank/MacGyver Special: 10 165(?) watt BP Solar with Renogy MPPT 40A controller/ and Xantrex C-35 PWM controller/ and Morningstar PWM controller...Cotek 24V PSW inverter....forklift and diesel locomotive batteries

Fewer blades get "clean" air for each blade.

More blades loose efficiency at lower speeds then few blade turbines

Not much information to make any suggestions. Specific generator, RPM, windspeed range, power output?

There are a bunch of links if you search 'custom wind generator blades'. You might also get some ideas from the blade calculator at https://www.warlock.com.au/mobile/tools/bladecalc.htm.

Are you wanting to make your own? A die and a press could make good aluminum blades in 1/2 second. Of course home made is always more satisfying.

If I am not mistaken his stator can do over 48V also. He system is currently setup for 24V but he is switching over to 48V. He has the plans for sale for the whole turbine. I think he went with the dual stator setup just for fun and to do something "fancy" for youtube. I am getting a single stator axial built right now.
