Combox connection

I have a Combox hooked to a wireless router which talks/connects to my main network wireless router. It has worked for the last few months no problems. Had a power bump this morning, router is on a grid circuit along with the main router. Now I cannot get the Combox/wireless router to connect with my laptop. Network is fine, can connect to the internet with no issues. I did a reset to the wireless router and to the main router. Any ideas on how to identify and rectify the problem?

I do much the same thing.    In the glitch, your router may have assigned a new IP address to the combox, and you need to run the combox finder to get it's address again  http://192.168.0.107/ is where mine sits

A trick from Schneider (from my last phone call to them)  is to power down the combox, AND it's ethernet cable for 5 min, then reboot the combox and then connect the ethernet.    Sneak power from ethernet can keep the combox half alive

    Thanks, I'll try that.

Did a complete reset/installation protocol: thumb drive, power cycle, modbus disconnect per Quick Start Guide and it worked. I did not even lose settings that I had previously changed: time/date, password, etc. It also had the same ip address so I don't know what the problem was. The power bump may have scrambled something to keep it from communicating. Thanks for the 5 minute suggestion, I probably would have been a bit quicker.
