Very nice!
With Wind Turbines the rule is ... The higher, the better.
Can you raise the turbine higher, to get above the roof's turbulence ?
Some questions ...
Diameter of the rotor = ?
# of Kilowatt-Hours it generates per Year = ?
# of Kilowatt-Hours it generated on its best Day = ?
Are you charging a battery bank? -
-
this is what changes i did today.some diferent arangement.
-
diameter of rotor is 120 cm
-
the generator is 1000w ,from usa but it never produced this power.
-
140 wh the batery.

It is best if the Wind Turbine is 10 meters higher than the top of the nearest structure.
I see that you have changed from one tail, to two tails.
Did you have a problem keeping the blades pointed into the wind?
Does the wind blow at a constant 6+ m/s, for many hours per day?

Great job! Looks awesome. Are you satisfied with the outcome? I suppose Athens are not the windiest location...

with the pulley i have mutch better performance

How well does it point into the wind? The length of the arm to the "tails" seems pretty short (they are mostly to the "side" of the pivot point, not very much to the "rear" of the pivot/yaw bearing).

hellow bill, thanks for your notice my friend, well the wind turbine is staying against the wind but also you can see looking around many times left and write ,so it misses a lot of power, yes it does twist alot in high winds, but in the other hand is like furling .thats why i am building the wawt now ,the vertical wind turbine.

Looks like you are building up an axial flux generator ?
