I have a Hybrid Inverter

1 KVA/600W/24VDC
Max PV input VOC = 75VDC
Max PV input power = 600Watt
PV array MPPT voltage range = 30~66VDC
MPPT charge Controller = 20Amps

Can I connect the pv panels in,

3x Panels of 100W/8.11A (18.5VMP/22.2VOC) in series = 300W/8.11A (55.5VMP/66.6VOC) = Bank1

Then connection of 2 Banks in Parallel = 600W/16.22A (55.5VMP/66.6VOC)

Is it possible?

Your math is incorrect as you have 1800 watts of panels here. The inverter you describe sounds like one of those cheap NON UL APPROVED Chinese imports.  Not legal for grid tie.

2.1 Kw Suntech 175 mono, Classic 200, Trace SW 4024 ( 15 years old  but brand new out of sealed factory box Jan. 2015), Bogart Tri-metric,  460 Ah. 24 volt LiFePo4 battery bank. Plenty of Baja Sea of Cortez sunshine.

    I don't see 1800 watts of panels.

One string = 300 watts of panels
And the other string = 300 watts of panels.
Total = 600 watts of panels.

    Am I missing something?

My bad here, Don't know what I was thinking. Please disregard my entire comment.  In my defense it was early and the coffee probably hadn't kicked in .
