Strings Moving

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an interesting problem during the lamination process.

During the lamination process, outer strings of the laminate are moving by 3-5mm causing two strings to touch each other. We do not know what will cause this? Can someone please help.

Thanks.

add an extra fold in the fabric before lamination, so it does not have to "pull" the edge in. It may take a while to figure how much to not get a wrinkle.

if the raw cells are touching each other they can be conducting ( shorting out ) which is a very bad thing
