    Do you know how you solved the situation? I’m going through same thing with xw pro 6848 v1.11.

    if i recall -- after a firmware change or change in grid code, you need a power cycle reboot.  Not just killing ac power, but also kill the 48v supply from the battery.  Completely die the box and then reboot.
    hybrid: two xw6848 pro with four mppt60, 12 kw pv
    17 cell 280ah LiFePO4 storage  14 kw (now at 3 banks) total 40 kw
    gridtie: sunny boy sma 2x 5k
    gridtie: fronius ag5100 two 5k (only one with 1.5k left) running on fumes

    I called Schneider and I did the hard reset and reboot all with no luck.
