Can two 110 inverters push a 220 well pump if they are pure sound wave inverters???

Not unless they're designed to do so. Some are series stackable, but unless designed for it, there will be a phase mismatch between the two legs.
    Off-grid.

Stackable inverters have a "sync" cable, so that the magic smoke is not released

The short answer is definitely no.

Solar hybrid gasoline generator, 7kw gas, 180 watts of solar, Morningstar 15 amp MPPT, group 31 AGM, 900 watt kisae inverter.

Solar roof top GMC suburban, a normal 3/4 ton suburban with 180 watts of panels on the roof and 10 amp genasun MPPT, 2000w samlex pure sine wave inverter, 12v gast and ARB air compressors.

Look at Schneider's SW4024 inverter.  It has both 120/240 output to begin with, but if extra capacity is needed they can be paralleled to put out up to 14,000 watts of 5.0 second surge

If you have a little pump (≤0.5HP) a single 4024 might start it.  Two 4024s in parallel will surely start it.

I'm now running my 1.5HP well pump off a Schneider XW6848.

    System 1) 15 Renogy 300w + 4 250W Astronergy panels,  Midnight 200 CC, 8 Trojan L16 bat., Schneider XW6848 NA inverter, AC-Delco 6000w gen.
System 2) 8 YingLi 250W panels, Midnight 200CC, three 8V Rolls batteries, Schneider Conext 4024 inverter (workshop)
