How good are ebay solar panels?

hi guys me again...
in my country there are almost no solar panel sellers and the ones that sell them are just too expensive we are talking about 100$ for 40w panel which i can get on ebay with free shipping for 50-60$ so the question is are the any good?

    Ebay does not sell anything!

    It is a market place for people to sell things, so look up what every you are buying and research the seller as well. Be careful! in some countries counterfeits are common. In the U.S. the buyer is reasonably protected, might check to see what eBay's rules are in your country.
    Home system 4000 watt (Evergreen) array standing, with 2 Midnite Classic Lites,  Midnite E-panel, Magnum MS4024, Prosine 1800(now backup) and Exeltech 1100(former backup...lol), 660 ah 24v Forklift battery(now 10 years old). Off grid for 20 years (if I include 8 months on a bicycle).
    - Assorted other systems, pieces and to many panels in the closet to not do more projects.

    I don't know where you are, but in the U.S., you will find some of the on line discount seller's use eBay as one outlet.

    Sellers such as Sun Electronics, and Solar Blvd sell on eBay, though often cheaper on their home site.

    Auctions are an adventure. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. There are serious bargains on Ebay. It is also a place where people dump their defective or less than ideal goods.
