Help Building EGP1000W Inverter

I am trying to build a 1000w DC to AC110 inverter using a EGP1000W circuit board:
Attachment not found.
However, I was wondering what size capacitors I should use for C1, C2, C3, C9, C5, C7 and what size inductor I should use at L1, as it is not mentioned in the schematic:

It appears that the information is here:
http://www.egmicro.com/download/EG8010_SPWM_V2_2.pdf ,
http://www.egmicro.com/download/EGP1000W_manual_20110509.pdf ,
http://www.egmicro.com/download/EGS001_datasheet_v1_2.pdf ,
But the website is down (missing in action?).
Ebay links do not usually last long, but you may try contacting/researching through here:

I've seen those links but the manual is in Chinese. I've tried using Google to translate some of it and I get,
So if I'm working in-frequency mode, and not high-frequency mode, the capacitor voltage rating should be 63v or higher? What about the uf rating? I can't find any information in the manual about C9 C5 and C7, so I'm not sure which sizes to use on these. Here's another photo I've found but it doesn't say anything about C9, C5, and C7, which are located on the bottom.

I have another problem with this board. It needs 400v DC at P3 ??? haw can I get 400v from 12v batteries?
I don't think anyone can really help with the details on this board.
Here is a quick description on how AC inverter work and get high voltage from 12 VDC:

There are other methods to get high voltage too...

seems I am new here, all of your post are old ones, hoping i am not too late to give any comment here.
well, EGS002 and EGS003 from EGMicro.com are so fantastic module, you just need to follow it's simple diagram or you may buy any PCB which use EGS module, and it works good.
well, i use the low frequency one, but some of my friends did the high frequency and same work good too.
good luck to all of you.
God Bless.
However, I seriously doubt a neophyte taking a high power circuit, attempting design on the fly, and having success.
Heathkit in years past, could do it, with a complete kit and well designed circuits and construction manual.
