Need To Pump 1,600 Gal per Day

I currently use a 1,600 gal tank to gravity feed a drip irrigation system for my wife's extensive perennial garden. I fill this tank once a day using a small gasoline powered (Honda) pump.

I'd like to use a solar powered pump to fill this tank and thus would like to solicit suggestions from the members of this forum for a properly sized system for this application. The lift is approximately 20 ft., so I need a system to lift 1600 gallons 20 ft in about 6 hours (say 250 to 275 gals per hour). A float shut off would be nice also. This is not a pressurized system.

Fairly simple to design a system that's a stand alone for this. 5 Gallon a minute is easily obtainable with 2 panels, marginal with 1 tho. My demonstation model will produce 10 gallons a minute at that head on 2 panels, here's that setup.

Lorentz HR14 Pump
You wouldn't need the PS600 controller, but it's not a lot more expensve than the PS200 and offers some advantages.
This system has the option of a float switch.

I have a somewhat similar situation, about 2500 gallons, 160' lift, to supply a 300 tree orchard. I went with a standard well pump run off an inverter. Be glad you have such a low lift requirement, that saves a lot of power.
