PV temperature compensatin value

I have been looking at some panels for expanding my system.
I have used the Outback Array sizing tool and went looking for the TC value for the panels. Couldn't locate it.
As a default I used the values in the Array sizing Tool
I am comparing 110W panels with very similar Amps at 12 V.
I looked at the spec sheet for my other Toshiba's and they list a value of -.346% / degree C for Voc.
Can't seem to get the Tool to show me the default right now???
Q: How different can the values be for different panels?
Eric

Re: PV temperature compensatin value
I thought someone mentioned the Outback tool gives same output regardless of temp setting.
-0.34% per deg C is a good number. NEC uses -0.35%, considered worst case, for max Voc at location's cold temp record, for calculating max voltage on charge controller. -
Re: PV temperature compensatin value
No, the Outback sizing tool does compensate for temp, both high & low.
I just compared BP 4175; Vtoc .16, Vtmp .164 vs Sharp NT 175U1; Vtoc .51, Vtmp .158. The difference from three in series to two in series was 5 degrees F. -
Re: PV temperature compensatin value
RCin Fla, it may have been a comment I made that moving the temp selector did not make a change. Must have been the panels I was evaluating, not too big but big enough not to make any change ....
