Seeking a little help

We are doing a commercial install which includes 207 SolarWorld SW230 modules with a SMA ST42 inverter. I have all the string sizing complete but I need a little help in doing the wire sizing. I also need to know if anyone knows of a place I could get a copy of a construction plan or something to look at while I complete the cad drawing.
