Xantrex Closed?

Hi All,
Anyone know what is going on with Xantrex? I have an order pending and I haven't gotten any response and today the phone message says they are closed and expect to be open the next business day.

    Nope, next Canadian holiday will be around OCT 13, last one was Sept 1..
