Repeated Low voltage on my Conext XW pro

Recently Conext XW Pro started to give me daily low voltage warning.
I’m grid tied and when there is no power and the battery is depleted it shuts down and needs a charger to reboot it.
The 3 charging indicators on the front of the panel no longer lights up
My solar provider doesn’t seem to know how to fix this issue.
Please tell me what to do. I’m getting really frustrated and desperate. I’m connected to the Insight Mobile App
would truly appreciate any help I can get to rectify this issue. Thanks

Many here would like to help. But more information about your system is needed.

Battery type and amp hour capacity? LFP Batteries, AGM or Flooded lead acid.

    Kw of solar panels?

    Charge controller?

Add my email below to Insight and I will take a look.  Your post sounds like your battery is dead.  Which 3 charge indicators are you writing about?  A screen below, which 3 ?

    Hi Dave
My provider just gave me the info you requested above.
    Please see below
Battery type and amp hour capacity? - LFP Battery 10.24 Fortress

Kw of solar panels? - don't remember but I think you have 10 panels @ 590W (or 650W). So total power is 5.9kW

    Charge controller? - Schneider MPPT60

Sorry but I’m not seeing your email.
Would love if you could login and take a look.
The lights I’m referring to are the charging lights above the 3 battery icons on the front of the Inverter in the green section.
When my provider unplugs the charger controller from the inverter the charging lights comes on but when it’s replugged the lights go off.

If you are on a mobile phone, you probably do not see Signatures in the forum software... Anyway:

This is a classic Xanbus charge coordination issue.

When the MPPT60 is connected to the XW Pro via Xanbus, the inverter takes over as the charge master. It tells the MPPT60 what charge stage to run (bulk/absorb/float) and the MPPT defers to it. If the XW Pro charger is configured incorrectly or its charge current is set to 0, it will suppress the MPPT60 charging entirely.

When you physically unplug the MPPT from the Xanbus bus, it loses the master command and falls back to its own standalone charge settings - which is why charging lights come on.

    Things to check:
    1. In SCP or Conext Connect, go to XW Pro > Charger settings. Make sure AC Charger max charge current is not set to 0, and that the charge stage voltages match your battery specs.
    2. Go to MPPT60 settings and verify it sees the battery bank type correctly (LFP based on your setup?).
    3. If you have a BMS connected via Xanbus, check if it is sending a charge inhibit signal - some LFP BMS units do this when cells are unbalanced.

The symptom you are describing (charges only when MPPT is disconnected from Xanbus) almost always points to the XW Pro charge master overriding the MPPT with a 0A command or a charge inhibit from BMS comms.

    Hi Bill
Thanks for responding to my post.
I would really appreciate if you could login to my insight app but unfortunately I don’t know how to add your email to the app. Can you walk me through how to do this?
    Much appreciated and thanks.
