Schneider Electric XW+ system, added Discovery Helios lithium batteries, AGS question

We have Schneider Electric XW+ system and just switched from lead acid to lithium batteries.  We have insight home to monitor the system and purchased the Lynx II to communicate between the batteries and the Schneider Electric system.  Everything seems to be working well, except the installation instructions do not cover AGS settings.  When I use my insight cloud to change the SOC trigger to 20% it will only let me go as low as 40%.  I sized the battery bank based on being able to use down to 20%, and that is a conservative setting.  I am wondering if there is any override for this setting in the Insight.

I have Discover Element batteries and the AGS but I don't use SOC generator start so haven't any direct knowledge (yet).

Have you tried using Insight Local (LAN) or Insight Direct (Wifi) - you might see different options.

The AGS is funny, for some settings you need to be in AGS standby mode.

XW+ does not have the same capability in several configuration settings as XW pro.  You may have to live with it.
