InsightLocal Battery Summary Graph / Data is Inconsistent or Missing

A couple times a year my gateway will lose connectivity with the devices and not show anything on the powerflow dashboard and it will stop logging data for the reports/graphs.  Nothing unusual over the last 5 years.  Earlier this week it happened and I did a reboot via the web interface and everything came back up as normal.  A couple days later I decided to check the battery reports and the normal line graph had turned into a bunch of infrequent small dots.  I then performed a complete power cycle instead of a software reboot but the behavior has continued.  If I export to a pdf or png it looks the same.  I then exported to a csv file and discovered that the data is missing on many of the lines.  So I think the graph may actually be correct but it is lacking the consistent telemetry to properly display it as a line graph. Has anyone experienced this?

Model designation 865-0335
Application version v1.18
Application build number 41
Application build date 2023-07-25_20-09-43
Hardware revision Rev-AB

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Mike

A network issue?  Is xanbus cabling inside the correct raceways without other conductors per the manual?

Describe your xw devices and number.  If this is not a large system, ignore.  On or offgrid?

Probably easier to reference this post:

Offgrid and all cabling is correct.

So I'm posting the solution to this one in case anyone else runs into this problem.  I took apart the gateway to see what's inside and I found a micro SD card on the board.  I pulled it out and it says that it's a 8gb card.  The only one I had laying around was a 64gb so I slid that one in and put it all back together.  It booted after a few minutes and now all of my logs and graphs are displaying correctly.  I guess that old sd card just slowly crapped out.  All of my settings were retained and only the historical data was reset.  The SD card was super easy to replace and I didn't have to do anything in the settings, it just started logging data right away.
