Schneider XW Pro 6848 won't qualify generator on AC2

Below is what you want for gen operation.
XW Pro 6848_120-240V Firmware_v1.11_BN0049 (1.11)

So, what have you tried? For instance running the XWP with grid off and then run gen? Complete a DC reset of power system.

Basic things also like did you follow the commissioning guide for XWP.

That is the firmware I'm using. Been selling to grid for years now, without incident. My tests have been with no feed to ac1 at all. I did do a complete kill of the system, no dc, no ac, no display at all. This is the same qualify issue I had with the previous genset.
What gets me is that the Insight webpage can show good voltages and good frequency on ac2 and yet internally the logic is FAILING the purpose of the inverter.
Have you seen anything beyond 1.11.01 bn 49 ?
Can you point me a version log on this firmware ?
Also of note these gensets never had an issue with the xw4548 model, only 6848 pro.

There is a later version but it had issues with a generator and multiunit configs.
You should call Schneider or your installer for latest advice. It can take hours to fix this and since you have had this issue for years, It is beyond my general advice and I bill for this.
