XW+6848 Do not export to the Grid

I am trying to help two friend with XW+6848 that does no export to the grid. These are two totally different installation on different location and towns.  One had lead acid batteries and the other Fortress Batteries, Have tried multiple setting and latest available firmware for the +.  Has someone experience the same problem and has solved it.  Also both systems were used for many years are gird tie with sell option disable.  Now has all the approvals for selling and exporting, but the units refuse to sell.  Sometimes a short burst of export for few minute, but no more tha 100w.  Both systems behave equally.

    Go over the settings again. You are missing something in the configuration. Do you have the Insight Device?   Good Luck

    I got a pair of these xw 6848 pro units. Selling to grid. Can't get them over 6 kw. Each one does 3025 watts. When I look at the settings on Insight Home I see 20 amps sell max on each one. But when I try to modify that I get a red box blocking me. Only when I try 12 amps does it light up green. Doing the math the 3000 watts IS 12 amps on the AC side. What is limiting me. I used to be able to push 10 kw, now just 6 kw !!! Seems to be out of my control as in 'Grid Codes' software.  Set at IEEE 1547-2003

    I have isolated the two inverters. Removed the sync line and left slave one selling to grid as a Master and without Xanbus.
    So XanBus lets me see just one xw.
    Master Not allowing any sell amps above 12 amps.
    Factory Reset everything. It now allows me up to 27 amps to sell. Great.
    But as soon as I restore other values it migrated back to the 12 amp limit. It won't show the limit but imposes it on export.

    Nobody is going to believe this.
    The breaker size for AC2 has a bearing on the limit for sell-to-grid amps. Sell is only AC1.
    If I set AC2 breaker dialog to 60 amps I have no limit for sell. I can get to 27 amps.
    When ac2 is set to 15 amps breaker, my sell is capped at 12 amps.
    Somebody at schneider screwed up big in the past.
