    The man has been mentally deficient since before his election. It was apparent just before his run for VP. I would feel sorry for him if he had not already proven himself to be a bigot, liar, cheater, and pervert. This is factual information available to everyone - not opinion. A person cannot reach any other conclusion if you dig into his past and present. Now, the lights are on but nobody is home.
