Can a 12/24v solar panel charge a 48v lithium batery

Hi 

Plz help me I want to install a solar charging system on a electronic vehicle with limited roof, it have 48v lithium battery pack with 100ah
I can install only 1 panel on the roof please suggest which one shall I chose
5peak sun hrs

Option 1: can a 12/24v Canadian  solar panel 240watt 8ah

Option 2: can a 48v local brand solar panel 580watt 7ah

Option  3: Trina 550w 48v  35voc 15ah

    Island cottage solar system with 2500 watts of panels, 1kw facing southeast 1.3kw facing southwest 170watt ancient Arco's facing south. All panels in parallel for a 24 volt system. Trace DR1524 MSW inverter, Outback Flexmax 80 MPPT charge controller 8 Trojan L16's. Insignia 11.5 cubic foot electric fridge. My 30th year.

    I prefer option 3 as it is from reputed manufacturer
    I don't know which one I chose
    Higher voc or higher ah
    Plz guide which one will charge the lithium battery faster

    Option 2 have 48v 580w 99voc 7ah
    Option 3 have 48v 550w 35voc 15ah

    Sorry I just noticed the VOC of 35 for the third panel. I have no personal knowledge of the specs on any of these panels, but generally the VOC of the panel has to be greater than the charged voltage of whatever battery you are attempting to charge. Charge controllers are fine down converting voltage from strings of panels but going the other way would require some sort of voltage multiplier that I'm not familiar with.
