Can a 12/24v solar panel charge a 48v lithium batery

Hi
Plz help me I want to install a solar charging system on a electronic vehicle with limited roof, it have 48v lithium battery pack with 100ah
I can install only 1 panel on the roof please suggest which one shall I chose
Option 2: can a 48v local brand solar panel 580watt 7ah
Option 3: Trina 550w 48v 35voc 15ah

Option 2 or 3 but not 1Island cottage solar system with appriximately 2500 watts of panels, 1kw facing southeast 1.3kw facing southwest 170watt ancient Arco's facing due south. All panels in parallel for a 24 volt system. Trace DR1524 MSW inverter which has performed flawlessly since 1994. Outback Flexmax 80 MPPT charge controller four 467A-h AGM batteries. Insignia 11.5 cubic foot electric fridge 1/4hp GSW piston pump. My 31st year.

I prefer option 3 as it is from reputed manufacturerI don't know which one I choseHigher voc or higher ahPlz guide which one will charge the lithium battery faster

Sorry I just noticed the VOC of 35 for the third panel. I have no personal knowledge of the specs on any of these panels, but generally the VOC of the panel has to be greater than the charged voltage of whatever battery you are attempting to charge.
