Solar Cell Damage?

I have found some striations that formed on some of my mono cells. These are two 100w Komaes panels ran to an mppt. It has occurred on both panels. Has anyone seen this before?
The voltage output is good but amps are low, however since I have reinstalled it has been cloudy so hard to tell if there is an output issue yet.  Thanks in advance!

    It is hard to tell from pictures but doesn't look like cell is actually cracked.

    Looks like it is the adhesive used and sloppy assembly.  First pic looks like bubble string.  Lot of what looks like delamination in middle pic.  Last picture looks like a hair fell into the uncured adhesive.
