Can panels be mounted on the front part of a fifth wheels roof?

So, my fifth wheel has quite a bit of empty space on the front section of the roof before the fiberglass section. Can panels safely be mounted on this front sloping section? I do plan on driving around, so it's important they be safely attached.

They will be at an angle, which may or may not be a favorable angle. They don't care much about wind, as long as the mount is solid

I mounted a panel on the same area of my 5th wheel. I was worried that the blast of wind coming off the roof of my truck at highway speeds would rip it off. After many fairly high speed freeway runs in Arizona (which has a 75 MPH speed limit for all vehicles) I'm happy to report the panel is still attached. I must admit the attachment method I used isn't the most substantial of methods.
2.1 Kw Suntech 175 mono, Classic 200, Trace SW 4024 ( 15 years old but brand new out of sealed factory box Jan. 2015), Bogart Tri-metric, 460 Ah. 24 volt LiFePo4 battery bank. Plenty of Baja Sea of Cortez sunshine.
