Will a SMA 240 micro inverter run connected directly to the loads panel?

    Welcome to the forum Terry,

    I found a manual for the SMA micro inverter:

    It appears that your first connection (from ac 240 VAC branch circuit) is to the "Multi-Gate" One per (maximum) 12 panel/inverter (series or "daisy chain) 240 VAC string.

    Is your question can you connect directly to an AC branch circuit without using the "Multi-Gate?
