Looking for suggestions for what components to use to build portable emergency power backup system

I want to build a small Battery Backup system, something portable, ie on a wheeled cart, using a LiFePO4 battery, something like the BattleBorn 12v 100A battery and make use of some used AstroPower 100W panels I already have. My goal is to have just enough emergency power to power a few LED lights, a small fridge and possibly a few small electronic appliances during a grid outage.  I think I'd only need to use 6 of the AstroPower 100W panels.  I'm thinking of using a 2000W sine inverter, with 1 or more 120v outlets, an MPPT charge controller and battery meter.  I'd also like to be able to charge the battery from 120v AC. Any recommendations for the inverter, charge controller, AC charger, battery meter to use?  I've come across a hybrid inverter made by MPP Solar (Taiwan) which has the charge controller, meter and AC charger built-in. Can anyone recommend MPP Solar products?

I am already rigged with 1000W inverters for both the Volts.  Cabling and fuses are on the self as well.  I figure the Volts can run both the fridge and freezer and a minimal amount of need fuel needed and rotated every six months.
