Good to hear the vendor is offering support, I'm in the beginning stages of a Lifepo4 bank, just waiting on components to be delivered, 3.65V chargers, BMS and so forth. Going to take it slow and methological hopefully all will go well. Let's hope with the new batch all goes well for you too!
