Hello I have a 24kw st generator head and want to use it in a wind turbine setup but it needs to rotate at 1800 rpm. I am very new to this and am having difficulty find help on how to configure this setup.

That is going to take a long shaft drive to keep the ST head out of the weather.   They are NOT weather resistant.
And that 24kw head is really way too large.  Most small wind projects are 5Kw or less, and use wild AC,  The ST's use a harmonic winding to energize the coils, and it's likely not going to work well till you are over 1,000 rpm.  Even the cooling fan in the ST head will suck a lot of power away from generation (air friction losses)
