32v and 64v charge controllers

I have been asked to solarize other things around the railroad after the success of the caboose.
One is a locomotive (32 cells lead-acid, 64v nominal, 74v actual float voltage) simply as a battery maintainer, 1-2 amps tops, not much room for panels.
The other is a coach (16 cells lead-acid, 32v nominal, 37v float) to provide car interior lights and headlight same as on the caboose.

My question is, where to get solar charge controllers for these oddball voltages? They absolutely need to do proper battery management (e.g. Not overcharging) because they are expensive batteries and the installation is permanent.

Midnight can go that high I believe. For the 32V, the Morningstar controllers can be programed with a computer and a cable to 32V specs. But why have 2 different systems ?
