Assuming your battery bank is low and needs charging, the charge controller is in MPPT/maximum current mode, you are measuring current in the middle of day, etc...

How are your panels wired? In series or in parallel?

What is the Vmp/Imp of the panels? What is the voltage measured at the Vpanel input the the charge controller?

Also is this total for both panels?

What stage is your charge controller in? Bulk, Absorb, Float?

    What panels do you have?

How are you measuring the wattage produced?
Home system 4000 watt (Evergreen) array standing, with 2 Midnite Classic Lites,  Midnite E-panel, Magnum MS4024, Prosine 1800(now backup) and Exeltech 1100(former backup...lol), 660 ah 24v Forklift battery(now 10 years old). Off grid for 20 years (if I include 8 months on a bicycle).
    - Assorted other systems, pieces and to many panels in the closet to not do more projects.

In the mean time you can re-torque all interior connections from the disconnect to the cc and batteries:cool:
