Is there a vendor that has the needed NEC labels at a economical price?

Should they be thin vinyl or thicker plastic?

Thanks,
Bill

You can do a google search for "solar labels NEC" and find several people doing them.

Here's one. they have pretty reasonable placard prices, but I think the regular labels are all that is required.
Home system 4000 watt (Evergreen) array standing, with 2 Midnite Classic Lites,  Midnite E-panel, Magnum MS4024, Prosine 1800(now backup) and Exeltech 1100(former backup...lol), 660 ah 24v Forklift battery(now 10 years old). Off grid for 20 years (if I include 8 months on a bicycle).
    - Assorted other systems, pieces and to many panels in the closet to not do more projects.

For site map directory labels, it should be hard plastic placards.
The other safety labels can be made as thin vinyl stickers.

Any place that engraves trophies usually makes labels also. I have used places like this for years and the pricing is always better than the "solar label kits" that are sold at supply houses and other solar label makers.

I looked at the web site link below, If I lived in the South East of the U.S. I would give them a try. See thier FAQ's section. Look honest to me.

This site has good pricing pricing.https://solarcompliantlabels.com/
