can I see your diy pole mount setups?

I've been searching for the past half hour for some ideas of how to make a mount for two panels that would go on a pole. I found a design I like but it requires welding which isnt ideal. I'm in northern cali and need about a 45 degree tilt. I'm having a hard time coming up with an idea for attaching the mount to the pole and being able to adjust... Trying to avoid a $300+ mount for two panels.

Some of us have a really big junk shed. Unistrut and old sat dish (1M) mount using a old (thick steel pipe) swing set as the support structure.

Kind of... Not really... I guess a question I have is... If I use unistrut will the pipe clamps that are made for it tighten enough to keep the panels in the right position? I've only got two panels that weigh 40lbs each.

If you use the proper unistrut clamps it will be plenty strong but you will still need a angle brace from the structure to pipe to keep it from moving from the set angle under heavy load. My sat dish hinge has a adjustable stop bolt to keep it from moving.
They have adjustable ones too. P2815 P1843
