I went out to my house this weekend and I think every bird in 5 square miles decided to perch on my solar panels and crap all over them. I'm sure I can't be the first person that has had this problem. I was considering possibly nail strips but I thought maybe there is some other tricks out there. I just don't want to be scrubbing baked birds crap every week.

    do it in the early AM, while panels still have dew on them, and before the sun heats them up. Just blast with a garden hose nozzle.

    I stopped birds sitting on edge of panels with a couple of mono filament fishing lines stretched along the perching edge . Works a treat .
