Wired in this configuration there would be 120V on the L1 ( black hot ) from the inverter to anything on the L1 Bus. It's fine unless you need 240V all the time and power on the L2 ( red ) side. Say you have a 240V pump and plan to run it manually, just turn the transformer on before you start the pump. If you want it on all the time, move the connection point behind the breaker.
