3 SQF-3 - Strain? Consequences?

I have a 3 SQF-3 in a well at 360'; static depth has been 60'; I've not pumped below 200'. I'm presently delivering water uphill 35' via 700' of 1" PVC; I'm getting 1.5 gpm. Calculations of head and friction loss at 1.5 gpm result in psi values that are within those that are calculated for the pump's specs; just barely within specs when pumping from 360'. I'm considering extending the delivery another 500 feet (no additional head). What are the consequences I might expect, such as adverse effects on the pump itself? (Power supplied is 180W at 160V.)     I think you will be OK. 1.5 GPM in a 1" poly tube, the friction/head loss will be pretty small, as long as you are not going uphill. Then that eats into your pump curve. and if you are "barely" within specs, that's still within. And if you rarely get below 200', that would mean you are still within specs.

    Hey Mike, I noticed on your sig you are running a normal 240V franklin motor off solar. Is that correct?
