would there be a conflick with a mppt charger and a mppt grid tie inverter? prob. been asked before, boring:blush:

    Yes, you cannot share the same array with two or more MPPT charge controllers. They will confuse each other. As one MPPT controller starts to draw more current, the other controller will think that the voltage is sagging and reduce its current draw.

    Any reason why the inverter stoppedfunctioning at small amp levels and now only seems to be working at 14A only??
    I think my batteries noticed this too! Is is somthing in the grid?

    an mppt controller is used in battery based systems and the mppt inverter would be a grid tied inverter and are usually batteryless so no need for a mppt controller.

    Mine indicates it can be used with batteries and treats the batteries after dark the same way it treats the panels during the day, mppt for 14a.
