I am trying to update my firmware via the gateway modem and I keep getting the file name is not recognised

Has anyone out there completed this task and can give me some pointers

    I have, it works. You need a special file from tech support. The ones you can download from the web site wont work with the gateway.

    Many thanks for your reply, can I ask why you updated my problem is that the inverter will no longer accept mains voltage and keeps turning on and off have you ever heard of this

    I updated mine to get a new feature called gen support plus. Your problem of not accepting mains voltage does not sound like it will be fixed by a firmware upgrade.
