panel parallel and series wiring help

I have 16 evergreen 210 watt panels and plan to wire them as follows:
4 in parallell and series of 4..the specs per panel are: VOC 23.1..VMP 18.3..IMP 11.48 amps..will feed into a MNP-6 combiner box and then either a classic 150 or Outback FM80 (havent decided yet) controller..does this wiring setup sound ok?

Your batteries will be set up for 48 volts right?

Is the reason for that question due to his system producing 89a for a 24v system and 43a for a 48v? 89a would exceed the Outbacks ability, correct?

Yes 48 volts battery bank..
