Eva encapsulation

Hi folks,
When sealing solar panel with eva encapsulation using a heat gun, I wonder if the cell wont get brittle and will break if subjected to intense heat? What is the ideal temp?

you can buy panels for less than 75cents a watt, only issue is you have to buy over a $1100 at once and with freight you are looking at $1300 minimum purchase.

So unless you are making one or two small panels less than 100 watts it is not worth it to make your own.
